I’ve been practising Pilates for over 20 years and my love for Pilates inspired me to qualify as Pilates teacher five years ago.
I’ve trained, among others, with Siri Gilliano, one of the worlds leading Pilates experts who has trained some of Hollywood celebrities (such as Madonna, Uma Thurman or Sting), which has completely changed my understanding of Pilates. My teaching focuses on developing strength and power by using graceful and efficient movements and breath control. If your goal is to achieve a lean, strong physique, correct body alignment and balance – I’m here to help! I would like to make everyone exercise – I believe that fit people are happy people!
Is Pilates For Me?
The good news is – Pilates is for everyone!
Pilates exercises are suitable for people of all ages.
The moves may look simple, but they take a lot of precision and control. Pilates workout will boost your flexibility and join mobility, it will make your muscles stronger and you’ll use your own body weight instead of weights. You will engage your muscles in a strong but gentle way. Pilates is not a fat-burning exercise. If you are carrying excess body fat, your appearance will still benefit from Pilates training but, if you are anxious to lose weight, you might need to make dietary adjustments and add some aerobic activity such as walking or, join my High Intensity Power Pilates class!
To see results you must be patient and persistent, remember that “Rome was not built in one day”!
I offer private one-on-one sessions and small group classes.
I also offer therapeutic classes for those with injuries and special needs.
